Del. Lopez Appear on Morning Joe to Discuss VA Gun Safe Storage Act

Del. Lopez appeared on MSNBC's Morning Joe to discuss HB 2387, the VA Gun Safe Storage Act. The bill provides up to a $300 tax credit for the purchase of gun safe storage devices like lockboxes and gun safes. It was the only gun violence prevention bill to pass the General Assembly in 2023 and did so by a wide bipartisan margin.
